Billing Policies

West Seattle-Highline Eye Clinic, LLP and Westwood Eye Surgery & Laser Center LLC are participating providers with most major insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid.

It is our recommendation that you contact your insurance carrier prior to making an appointment at our office to determine your benefits, eligibility and our participation. We have limited access and knowledge of your insurance plan and any information we provide would not be a guarantee of benefits, eligibility or participation.

Please make arrangements for your referral, if needed, prior to your appointment with us.

Co-pays are due at the time of service. If the co-pay is not received at the time of service we will bill you an additional fee of $15. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

All unpaid checks returned by your bank will result in a fee of $15.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment we do require 24 hours notice (not including weekends) or you may be charged a $50 fee to schedule a future appointment.

If you miss a scheduled appointment without 24 hours notice (not including weekends) you may be charged a $50 fee to schedule a future appointment.
