Dear West Seattle Eye Clinic, I purchased my glasses from you about a year and a half ago. Recently, I dropped them on the concrete driveway getting into my car. I brought them in hoping you had some magical elixir you could wipe on them to remove the resulting scratches. (I guess even the scratch coating has its limits.) The optician who helped me said that there was no such liquid, but she would call the factory and see what could be done.
